Our Service allows you to plan and manage your wedding, including guest management, budget tracking, and other wedding-related activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Some aspects of our Service may be offered on a subscription basis. Payment must be made in advance for subscription services.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will credit the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wedding Nest and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wedding Nest.

You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any media formats.

In no event shall Wedding Nest, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wedding Nest and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
